Project Management Consultancy

Savill Consulting provide Project Management Consultant Services from Business Case to Project Closure! PRINCE2 Practitioner qualified means that we have the necessary skills to adequately meet all your Project Management needs. Our philosophy comprises 6 key components as follows:

Project Team Management

Having the right Project Team in place is crucial to the successful outcome of your project. We are skilled at mentoring existing staff, providing project focus, a framework in which to operate effectively and recruiting additional team members, if required to ensure that we deliver to your required quality standards.

Project Procedures Development

Developing project procedures is a key component in delivering a successful project. Project Team members need to be focused, effective in their project role, product knowledgeable and confident, so that they can ultimately help practitioners feel comfortable and reassured about any impending change.

Project Planning

Planning and re-planning is vital. Public Sector change is rapid and constantly evolving. We believe that it is necessary to constantly re-evaluate project priorities ensuring that we deliver to your expectations.

Benefits Realisation

Realising benefits can only be achieved if measurable benefits are identified early on! There is little point in delivering a product with no tangible benefit to the practitioners who will use it or the end client ultimately receiving a service. Listening to and regularly engaging with practitioners provides project focus, a sense of ownership and clearly identifies the benefits for delivery.

Risk Management

Managing risk is easier than managing issues! Timing product delivery is everything. Savill Consulting believe it is far better to delay an implementation, to ensure there is adequate opportunity to negate risk, than to deliver a product too early, negatively affecting many practitioners and subsequently impacting on their ability to perform the day job.

Helpdesk Design

Being ready to respond effectively to helpdesk calls will ensure that change happens. The helpdesk may not necessarily know all the answers right away but must be confident about the process steps needed to achieve the desired resolution, as well as providing reassurance to practitioners at the same time. Getting the right helpdesk in place, desk support workers available if required and product user guides published prior to project delivery will ensure a smooth transition to business as usual.
