About Us
Partnership Working
All our consultants are passionate about the work they do and believe that working in partnership is the key to improving outcomes for children and young people.
We ensure that we work with IT suppliers, engaging in user groups and focus workshops to assist in the continuous development of Children’s Services IT products.
Consultants regularly attend Children’s Services events hosted by the Department for Children Schools and Families (DCSF) as well as the Social Work Task Force.
We are actively involved in the South East Region Integrated Children’s System (ICS) and East Region Management Information Networks.
Savill Consulting understand the ‘bigger picture’ and this crucially provides focus to our work. Our consultants keep themselves abreast of the national Children’s Services debate, are knowledgeable in Lord Laming’s recommendations, following the deaths of Victoria Climbie and Baby Peter and regularly make time to read Children’s Services press publications, such as Community Care.
Most importantly we listen to those we are working with in Children’s Services. Savill Consulting is dedicated to helping practitioners make effective use of IT to enable them to concentrate on working with children, young people and families.
Government
Savill Consulting ensures that all projects are delivered to prescribed deadlines and within the legal framework. We utilise a combination of government resources to ensure compliancy at all times. Our consultants are also Enhanced Criminal Records Bureau (ECRB) checked to ensure they are approved to manage sensitive data and information on behalf of our clients.
